Shipping Policy
At CraftsRune, we strive to bring ancient legends to your doorstep through our high-quality, made-to-order products. Since we use a Print-on-Demand (POD) model via Printful, please review our shipping procedures below.
1. Fulfillment & Processing Time
Every item you order is custom-made specifically for you. This means we don't have a warehouse of pre-printed stock, which helps us stay sustainable and offer unique designs.

Processing Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your product (printing or embroidery) and perform a quality check.

During peak seasons or holidays, fulfillment may take slightly longer.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order is fulfilled and leaves the production facility, shipping times vary depending on your location. We route your order to the nearest Printful facility to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

USA & Europe: 5–10 business days

Turkey: 10–20 business days (Subject to customs processing)

Rest of the World: 10–25 business days
Please note: Total delivery time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined based on the weight of the items and the destination address.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
CraftsRune is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Especially for international orders outside of the production hub's region, customs delays may occur.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the item and the packaging and contact us at cagriusa66@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office before contacting us.
